2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit it, the server processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested and your browser’s user agent, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

3. Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Ltd., to understand which pages and services visitors are interested in. Until you consent, Google Analytics runs in Consent Mode without setting analytics cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

4. Contacting us by email

This website has no contact form and does not store what you type. The “Write an email” buttons open your own email program with a pre-filled message. When you email us, we process the details you provide (name, email, company, project information) to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete enquiries when they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

5. Appointment booking (Calendly)

Our contact page offers appointment booking via Calendly LLC. The calendar is only loaded when you click to open it. Calendly then processes the data you enter and sets its own cookies. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR. Calendly is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. See Calendly’s privacy notice for details.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) or the authority in your country of residence.
