Terms for fixed-price services
Last updated: September 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to the fixed-price services offered on codestrike.ro (Shopware Audit, Plugin update and Migration Assessment), provided by Codestrike (“we”). Our services are aimed exclusively at businesses, not consumers. Larger projects are governed by a separate written agreement.
2. Ordering and contract
An order sent by email is a request. The contract is formed when we confirm scope, price, delivery date and payment terms in writing and you accept that confirmation. No work starts before that.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and exclude VAT. For businesses in other EU member states with a valid VAT ID, invoices are issued under the reverse-charge mechanism. Payment terms are stated in the written confirmation; unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days.
4. Delivery and your cooperation
The stated turnaround starts once we have the access and information listed on the service page. If access or information is delayed, the delivery date moves accordingly.
5. Changes in scope
If we find that the work exceeds the confirmed scope — for example, a plugin is larger than the package ordered — we stop and inform you. Additional work is only carried out and charged with your written agreement.
6. Plugin updates: defects
If an updated plugin shows a defect caused by our changes and you report it within 30 days of delivery, we fix it free of charge. This does not cover issues caused by later changes by third parties, other plugins, or hosting.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the respective order. Audits and assessments are professional assessments based on the access and information provided; they do not guarantee that no other issues exist.
8. Confidentiality and data
We treat your code, data and business information as confidential and use it only to perform the order. On request, we delete copies after completion. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we conclude a data processing agreement with you. We are happy to sign your NDA.
9. Rights
Once paid in full, all code changes we make belong to you. Reports and plans are for your own use, including sharing them with other service providers.
10. Applicable law
Romanian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the place of business of Codestrike, to the extent legally permissible.
