Leave WooCommerce plugin chaos behind — keep your customers and rankings
We move products, customers, orders and content from WooCommerce to Shopify, map every URL and replace your plugins with a setup that just runs.
Why stores move from WooCommerce to Shopify
WooCommerce is flexible, but that flexibility lives in dozens of plugins, each with its own updates, conflicts and security issues. As order volume grows, hosting and performance become a job of their own.
Shopify takes hosting, security and checkout off your plate. If you mainly sell B2C and want your team focused on selling rather than maintaining, it is often the better fit — and if your needs are more complex, we will tell you when Shopware is the better destination.

How the migration runs
Audit & inventory
We catalogue your data, extensions, integrations and every URL that ranks or earns traffic.
Mapping
Field-by-field data mapping and a complete old-URL → new-URL redirect map.
Build
The new store is built and themed on staging, with integrations reconnected.
Rehearsal migrations
We run the data migration repeatedly against staging and check the results with you.
Cut-over
Final delta migration, DNS switch and redirects live — planned for your quietest hours.
Aftercare
We watch 404s, Search Console and orders closely in the weeks after launch.
Things to plan for
Plugin-shaped data
Product add-ons, bundles and subscriptions are stored by plugins in their own formats. We map each one explicitly.
Content-heavy sites
If WordPress is also your blog or CMS, we decide together whether content moves to Shopify or stays on WordPress.
Customer passwords
Shopify cannot import WordPress password hashes. Customers are invited to set a new password on first login.
Redirects at scale
WordPress generates many URL variants. We crawl the live site so no ranking URL is missed.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a WooCommerce to Shopify migration take?
Typically 4–10 weeks, depending on catalogue size, plugins and how much theme work is needed.
Can we keep our WordPress blog?
Yes. Many brands keep WordPress for content on a subdomain or subfolder, or move posts to Shopify. We recommend based on how much content you publish.
Should we consider Shopware instead?
If you sell B2B, need complex pricing or want full control of your code, Shopware may fit better. We will compare both honestly during discovery.
