Plugin update: your plugin on the latest Shopware version
Your custom plugin or Shopware Store extension brought up to date with the current Shopware major — deprecated APIs replaced, administration and storefront adjusted, tested and ready to install.
Sizes
We look at the code before confirming the size — you never pay for a bigger package than the plugin needs.
S — Small plugin
Up to roughly 2,000 lines of code, no administration module, limited storefront changes.
- Update to the target Shopware version
- Deprecated APIs replaced
- Install / update / uninstall tested
- Changelog of what changed
M — Medium plugin
Administration modules or components, storefront templates and JavaScript, several services or subscribers.
- Everything in S

- Storefront templates and JavaScript updated
- Test scenarios agreed with you
L — Large or complex plugin
Several modules, extensive admin UI, custom entities and database migrations, or external integrations.
- Everything in M
- Custom entities and migrations updated
- Integration behaviour re-tested
- Fixed quote after a short code review
Turnaround counts from when we have code access. Several plugins? Send them together and we will quote them as one package. Terms for fixed-price services
For Shopware Store extension vendors
Your extension is not yet compatible with the latest Shopware major, and your own team is busy? We port it and hand over a package ready to upload for review in the Shopware Store under your vendor account.
You keep full ownership of the code. We work in your repository, follow your coding conventions, and can sign an NDA before we see anything.

You get the deliverables and a walk-through call. Questions afterwards are welcome.
Frequently asked questions
How do you decide the size?
We review the code before confirming. If a plugin you ordered as S turns out to be M, we tell you before starting — you decide whether to go ahead.
Which versions do you update from and to?
From Shopware 6.4 onwards to the current Shopware 6 major. Shopware 5 plugins need a rewrite rather than an update, which we quote separately.
Will the plugin still work on the old version?
Usually a plugin release supports one Shopware major line. If you need to support several, we will advise on branches and release strategy.
Who owns the code?
You do, completely. We only use it to do the job, and we are happy to sign an NDA.
